SHIPPING POLICY

ALM Motors ships wheels and tires using reliable parcel, oversized, and freight carriers when needed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Processing times may vary due to product availability, order volume, payment review, or carrier pickup schedules.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery estimates vary based on the customer's location, product size, and carrier service. Delays caused by

weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of ALM Motors' control are not guaranteed.

FREIGHT AND OVERSIZED DELIVERY

Wheel and tire packages may ship by freight or oversized delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a

correct delivery address and being available to receive the shipment when required by the carrier.

DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers should inspect all packages before signing for delivery when possible.

 If the package appears damaged, take clear photos of the product, box, pallet, and shipping label.

 Notify the carrier and ALM Motors as soon as possible.

 Do not mount, install, or drive on damaged products before contacting ALM Motors.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

ALM Motors is not responsible for delays, extra fees, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping

information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping

charges.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, ALM Motors will assist with the carrier claim process. Final claim decisions

may depend on the shipping carrier's investigation.
