RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ALM Motors, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing wheels and tires. Returns may be

accepted only when the product meets the conditions listed below.

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unmounted, undamaged, and in its

 The product must be returned in its original packaging when possible.

 The customer must contact ALM Motors for approval before sending any item back.

 Items returned without approval may be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

 Mounted wheels or tires

 Used wheels or tires

 Special order items

 Custom fitment orders

 Items damaged after delivery

 Products returned without authorization

REFUNDS

Once a return is received and inspected, ALM Motors will notify the customer whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the

customer's bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by ALM Motors.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact ALM

Motors as soon as possible with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Damage or incorrect-item claims must be reported before the product is mounted, installed, or used.

FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for confirming proper wheel and tire fitment before purchasing. ALM Motors may

provide fitment guidance, but final fitment responsibility belongs to the customer.
